Free Bear Pass Promotion Form

P&T is offering a free AC Transit Bear Pass – valid from July 1 through June 30, 2009 – to any faculty or staff member that gives up their annual parking permit during the six month promotion period. This includes those that choose not to renew their parking permit for July.  Simply complete the Free Bear Pass application and come into the P&T offices beginning June 11th to pick up the Bear Pass.
