Qualifications:
Must be a UC Berkeley student. Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to deal with customers courteously. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to deal with customers under demanding conditions, in a professional manner. Knowledge of the UC Berkeley campus and cash handling experience a plus. Employment is contingent upon a successful completion of a criminal background check.
Description:
Control parking areas during special events on campus which may include concerts, athletic events, and commencements; issue parking permits to campus guests; sell public parking permits; provide guidance and assistance to campus visitors. Other duties as assigned.
